Q – How can we migrate data to Gymnify, from our current solution?

A – In most instances, we can work with your current solution provider and export member data.   We generally have to manipulate the data into a format that we can use, but we can usually have your member data imported within a few days of getting access to the exported data. 

However, billing information is usually encrypted and would require access to the members’ contracts/agreements in order to add those details.
